Change of Ad Spend Policy

From time to time you may find that you need to change the monthly ad spend. This could be due to increased ad spend for seasonal changes and promotions or it could be a reduction in spend during a quieter period. Please discuss ad spend changes with your Client Manager and approve any change requests in writing, including the following information:

  • Company name, your name, confirmation of your authority to make budget changes
  • What is the budget changing from________ and to________
  • Is there any time limit for this new budget, please provide details
  • Are there any special requirements (certain campaigns/locations/CPA targets etc)
  • Is this all to be spent between now and the end of the month or pro rata?

Please note that we charge flat rates based on monthly ad spend. Your Client Manager will discuss any management fee changes as a result (see your contract for more information).
