Does Change History Show Performance?
Sometimes client’s ask us if the change history in Google Ads is an accurate representation of time, performance and work carried out an account. In short, no. Most of the work on your account goes on behind the scenes, with actions in change history being the final action born from many hours spent analysing data, discussing strategy, researching trends, identifying optimisations, assessing change impact, etc. Sometimes, if an account is very stable, we may not make any changes in that week but even that decision comes from many hours of analysis.
