Service Cancellation Policy
We understand that for a variety of reasons you may need to cancel your advertising agreement with us. We always do our best to accommodate client needs and our notice period is covered in our terms of service signed prior to commencement of working with us.
Prior to cancellation, we encourage you to speak with your Client Manager about any concerns and they will put in place an action plan to address any concerns. Client satisfaction is our top priority over all else.
- Our minimum contract term is 3 months from your initial go-live date. This is because it takes time to see results and for the impact of our optimisations to be realised. We also need a feedback loop with you over this time to understand what works and what doesn’t for your business so that we can improve things over time.
- We have a standard 30 days notice policy. You must give us 30 days notice, in writing via email, to cancel our management service. This is after the above initial 3-month term.
- Any overdue invoices at the point of cancellation must be paid in full.
- Any outstanding or already issued invoices will be credited pro-rata to account for your 30 day notice period. You must pay any invoice term that covers your 30 day notice period.
- If you have already invoked our ‘pause’ policy and decided to cancel rather than resume, the 30 day notice period still applies. Please see our pause policy for more information here.
On notice of cancellation, we will make sure that your account is fully resourced accordingly for the remainder of your period of notice. This means having the right people in place, at the right time, to give you the best service.
We work intensively and extensively on your ads account. Aside from our unique management provision tailored to your objectives and KPIs we also run a number of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly optimisations. This will continue as usual until the cancellation date. If you wish us to cease our management immediately or on a different date then we will take your instruction, however, your commercial agreement will stand and any outstanding invoices will still need to be paid whether the management time is used or not.
